Dr Farid Mesagari:
Dr Farid Mesgari Khosroshahi graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Faculty of Dental Medicine Plovdiv – Bulgaria in 1999. He started his speciality in Maxillofacial Surgery in 2000 at University Hospital of Maxillofacial Surgery of Medical Institute of Sofia – Bulgaria and qualified as a Specialist in Maxillofacial Surgery in April 2005.
Dr Farid Mesgari commenced immediate training after his speciality, in plastic surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery of Medical Institute of Sofia – Bulgaria to further skills in Restorative Treatment post tumour removal and deformations in head and neck.
In 2006, Dr Farid Mesgari proceeded with an additional post in the Department of Maxillofacial and Otolaryngology at Multiprofile University Hospital St. Anna Sofia – Bulgaria.In 2009, Dr Farid Mesgari transitioned with his family to the UK and began work with main focus on treatment in the field of Restorative, Cosmetic, and Implants.
He has 20 years’ experience in Classic Implantology, bone augmentation, plastic and sinus lifting and from 2015 has delved into Basal Implantology completing training and working in the specific field.
Dr Fayeez Zaheer:
Dr Zaheer qualified in Dentistry in 1999 from the University Of Bangalore, India and worked as a general practitioner. He moved to the UK in 2003 where he worked as a Senior House Officer in Maxillofacial Surgery in Cardiff University and gained his MFDS (Member of Faculty of Dental Surgery)from the Royal College of Surgeons England.
He worked in general practice until 2009 and then completed a Masters in Orthodontics, graduating from Warwick University in 2014. Since 2009 he has been practicing orthodontics and pursued full time orthodontics. He has worked as an Assistant Consultant Orthodontist at the prestigious King Fahad Medical City in Riyadh, which is a tertiary care centre treating complex orthodontic cases- including cleft lip and palate and surgical orthodontic cases.
Dr. Zaheer loves to teach and spend quality time with family and friends.
Dr Andreas Charalampous:
Andreas is currently undergoing a MSc in Dental Implantology and has completed numerous courses related to soft tissue management around implants, facial aesthetics and smile makeovers.
Implant treatments:
• Place Straumann and Osstem implants.
• £110 consultation fee*- includes any xrays that might be needed.
• Average time to consultation approx. 2-4 weeks.
• Approx. cost £2500-£3000.
• Full treatment plan would be given to patients with cost breakdown.
• They can arrange finance after the consultation appointment (finance has to be set up a min. of two weeks before the start of the treatment)
• Average time for treatment start to finish- 4-12 months depending on the case.
• Patients get to choose if they want a temporary restoration or not.
• Temporary bridge or a denture is of additional cost.
• CBCT will be needed
• In case there will be need for bone grafting or sinus lift it will cost £300-500.
• If there is a tooth in the area that needs an extraction I would prefer to perform it myself.
• The patient needs to be periodontically stable otherwise the treatment could not be provided.
Surgical Extractions:
• £50 consultation fee*.
• Approx cost of the treatment £250-£350 depending on complexity (including impacted wisdom tooth extractions).
• Turnaround 1-2 weeks or urgent if patient in pain and appointments available.
Smile Makeovers:
• £110 consultation fee*. Prices vary depending on the treatment.
• Turnaound 2-4 weeks depending on the treatment and materials used.
Facial Aesthetics:
• £50 consultation fee*.
Prices vary depending on the treatment. Turnaround 2-4 weeks *Consultation fee would be deducted from the final treatment price.
Dr Yasser Altaf
Dr Altaf is British born and graduated in 2013 from the University of Cluj in Romania. He has been a part of the team since graduation and is a practice owner at our Brownhills High Street Dental branch. Dr Altaf has developed an excellent rapport with his patients, allowing him to deliver personalised dental care to a high standard.
He is dedicated to quality dental care and offers all patients a wide range of dental treatments on both an NHS and Private basis.
Since qualifying he has completed further courses to expand his knowledge and training in mild/moderate orthodontic treatments, restorative dentistry including smile-fast composite bonding and tooth whitening. He specialised in Invisalign tooth alignment and is our practice group 'Invisalign Champion' using latest ITero scanning technology to provide the perfect smile.
Dr Altaf in his spare time is a dedicated son, brother and husband and has recently welcomed a daughter. When he has time he enjoys holidays, social events, films and reading.
Dr Luis Sagorsky
Dr Luis Sagorsky graduated from University CEU San Pablo, Spain in 2020.
After having only knowing dentistry with his family being dentists Luis chose to relocate to the UK to learn new skills and develop himself for future practice both in the UK and abroad. Luis joined Tamworth Dental Practice in early 2021 and has progressed significantly.
Luis is a loved member of the team with his radiant smile and infectious energy for dentistry. Luis has a large patient following of both NHS and private patients and is popular being a full time staff member.
Luis practises both general dentistry and private treatments and enjoys cosmetic dentistry and is developing his skills in tooth whitening, composite veneers and aesthetic cases for his patients.
In his spare time Luis enjoys returning to Spain, walking and the gym.
Dr Daanish Rehman
Dr Daanish Rehman graduated from University of Szeged, Hungary in 2021.Daanish since joining Tamworth Dental Practice is already a very popular team member and gathering a steady patient base.
Daanish is keen on cosmetic dentistry and is developing his skills in whitening, composite veneers and aesthetic cases with amazing results for his patients.
Daanish works full time and is accepting new patients. In his spare time Daanish likes to keep fit at the gym, travel and spend time with friends.
Dr Priyanka Peri
Priyanka Peri Graduated from the MAHER University in India. Her ethos is to provide quality dentistry with reliable results in a relaxed and friendly environment. She likes to combine the aesthetic side of dentistry with functionality, as a result she likes to look at the whole picture when treating patients.
Patients say she has a warm and friendly approach, always taking the time to listen and construct the appropriate treatment plans along with the patient. She is routinely attending courses and seminars to expand her knowledge and keep up to date with the latest technology, in her areas of interest Restorative dentistry. Priyanka currently uses C-fast Clear aligners teeth straightening system which enable her to treat cases. She can also offer treatments like composite bonding, teeth whitening and smile makeovers.
To support and expand her knowledge she is pursing her Maters in Dental Implantology (Msc) from University of Salford to further expand the treatment modalities to her patients.
In her free time she likes to keep fit and loves to bake.
